Yes, you can return the other gemstone within the 7 Days period under our no-questions-asked return policy on gemstones with a money-back guarantee.
We generally require the entire original product certificate, invoices, documentations, lab certificates, packing, discount coupons, and so on that came with the loose gemstone. You are not entitled for the Money Back Guarantee if any of these things are missing. Please contact our customer service staff with your specific situation so that we can assist you.
Please contact our customer service staff and if approved, you will be eligible for a 75% of your invoice value after deduction of Shipping Charges, VAT, GST and any other duties charges.
If you are returning or changing a gemstone, please follow these steps:
- To obtain a Return Authorization, speak with Customer Support.
- Make sure you retain all original documents, including the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of the Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc., that came with the gemstone.

You may also need to find out which couriers accept jewellery. Customers have occasionally managed to get around this prohibition (at their own risk) by simply referring to the merchandise as “Artificial Jewellery” or “Astrological Product.”
